Full Size Mattresses & Box Springs
Full Size Mattresses are approximately 53" x 75". At The Original Mattress Factory, we offer Full Mattress Sets in a variety of models and comfort choices. We also sell Full Size Mattresses and Box Springs separately.
Classic Mattresses: Our starting line features two Full Mattress Sets. Both come with two-sided mattresses and real working box springs.
Legacy Mattresses: Our Legacy line features three Full Mattress Set options+. These models are two-sided with real working box springs, but offer additional support and durability.
Regency Mattress: Our Regency Full Mattress Set features a two-sided mattress with an offset coil design that offers excellent support and durability and has real working box springs.
Orthopedic Mattresses: Our top of the line has seven Full Mattress Set options. These models have two-sided mattresses featuring an OMF exclusive heavy gauge offset coil for our best support and durability. The real working box spring features 1 x 4 side rails and 1 x 3 cross slats with modular springs for real shock absorbing comfort and durability. Seven different comfort options are available so you can find the one that's just right for you.
Latex & Foam Mattresses: Our Latex Foam line features two Full Mattress Sets**. These models are two-sided with real working box springs, but offer the unique feel of foam. Our latex mattresses feature the finest Talalay latex foam.

TIP: Full Size Mattresses are commonly referred to as Doubles.
TIP: Full Size Mattresses can be purchased with split box springs for an additional $50 charge.
TIP: All Full Size Mattress Sets should be supported by a frame with proper center support.
* Note: Set price includes Full Size Mattress and Box Spring. We will sell Box Springs separately, but please note that Full Mattresses and Box Springs are designed to work together. If you do not purchase a matching set, you may shorten the life and comfort of your new Full Mattress.
